Set chain stays in chain stay jig with bottom bracket and dropouts.

Tack weld bottom bracket to chain stays and dropouts to chain stays.

Set up frame jig to specs.

Fit chain stay sub assembly to frame jig.

Fit head tube, top tube, down tube and seat tube to frame jig and check.

Miter and debur seat stays.

23.
Tack weld down tube to head tube and bottom bracket.

24.
Fit seat tube and seat stays to frame jig.

25.
Tack weld seat tube to bottom bracket.

26.
Tack weld top tube to seat tube and head tube.

27.
Tack weld seat stays to seat tube and dropouts.

28.
Stamp serial number in bottom bracket.

Note: Ti bikes require breather holes being drilled in the head tube, bottom bracket and seat tube in order to flood the frame with argon gas to protect the welds from air contamination.
