Quality check for compliance with Work Order.



93.
Remove bolts from bottle brackets and brake mounts.



94.
Wire brush bottom bracket to clean threads.



95.
Run tap in water bottle mounts to insure that the threads are clean.



96.
Mask top and bottom edges of head tube to protect paint.



97.
Face top and bottom of head tube on lathe.



98.
Remove masking tape from head tube, debur and file edges.



99.
Run tap in derailleur hanger and brake mounts to insure that the threads are clean.



100.
Tap shifter mounts and install cable adjusters on road bikes.



101.
Drill and tap bottom bracket cable guide bolt hole and install cable guide.



102.
Drill and tap cable pulley bolt hole on cross bikes and install cable pulley.



103.
Drill and tap cantilever brake cable mount on brake arch on touring and cross frames and install cable adjuster.



104.
Install brake studs and base plates with Loctite for V-brakes or cantilevers.



105.
Remove masking from dropouts.



106.
Clean frame.



107.
Install seat tube clamp.



108.
Spray Weigle's Frame Saver in seat tube. (Click here for information on maintaining steel seat tube.)



109.
Apply Stay-Tuff on drive side chain stay.
