Tubeset
IF chooses the best tube choices from each of a variety US Aerospace grade Titanium suppliers to give your new titanium bike the best ride characteristics for your body, weight and riding style.

Though we don't have a fancy marketing name for our tubesets, rest assured they are the absolute best titanium tubing money can buy, and are precisely butted using centerless grinding to ensure that they are not only light weight, but stiff where needed.



Titanium Deluxe

The Ti Deluxe is awesome. It is extremely durable, perfectly aligned and prepped, has a vast quantity of options, a rider specific tubeset and geometry, and the ability to build it around the fork of your choosing, and best of all: it is made out of titanium. But not just any titanium, the best titanium. We use 3Al/2.5V Cold Worked Stress Relieved (CWSR) top quality titanium tubing. We receive straight gauge tubing in an array of diameters and wall thicknesses directly from some of the same mills sourced by the aerospace industry. We take the tubing and cut it into a plethora of very specific lengths and send it out to have it precision butted to our specifications. We also have Reynolds U.K. supply IF with custom internally butted Ti tubing to round out our quiver of the best butted tubing that a frame builder could ever wish to choose from. This selection of tubing covers the widest range of custom frame possibilities and gives us total control over the handling characteristics of every frame we build. Then we take it to the next level, we have the completed frame, in fact all of our titanium frames, sent out to Metal Improvement Company to be shot peened, increasing the fatigue life up to 2 times! Because, how could we, in good conscience, give a surface treatment to your titanium frame that is anything less than the best.
